01 · What it is

Three things you currently find out too late.

Case 01

The promo did not run at the depth you agreed

You funded a feature at -25%. The leaflet ran it at -17%, ran it a week late, or did not run it at all. The invoice arrives either way.

Case 02

A competitor went deeper, or ran longer

Four consecutive weeks at -20% resets what the shopper believes your category costs. You hear about it at the quarterly review.

Case 03

The same SKU costs something different in every chain

Shelf price, promo price and loyalty-card price drift apart chain by chain, until parity is a story you can no longer tell in a negotiation.

02 · How it works

From leaflet to report in one week.

No integration, no access to your systems. One list of SKUs is all we need to start.

1

Leaflets captured

Every weekly leaflet from 10 tracked chains, about 1,800 SKUs a week, read and structured.

2

Matched to your SKUs

Your SKUs matched by EAN or name. The reference price is a 90-day median of the observed non-promo shelf price.

3

Delivered Monday

One report per brand, in your inbox on Monday. HTML to read and CSV to work with. Data export or API on request.

03 · The deliverable

What lands in your inbox on Monday.

Two of the seven tables in the weekly report, in the format the report uses.

Five more tables in every report: cross-chain parity including loyalty prices · leaflet share · promo cadence · category promo pressure · loyalty vs open promos.

Competitor rows are real observations from our pipeline. The “Your SKU” rows show the format; your report contains your own SKUs and the depths you agreed. Yellow = leaflet promo price. The verdict is independent of the yellow: it measures depth against the reference or against the agreement.

07 · Questions

Before you ask.

Where does the data come from?

The published weekly leaflets of the tracked chains. Nothing is taken from behind a login, and we do not resell anyone else's panel.

How is the reference price calculated?

A 90-day median of the observed non-promo shelf price for that SKU in that chain. That is why a shallow promo can read above reference.

What do I have to provide?

A list of your SKUs, ideally with EANs, and the promo depths you agreed if you want them checked. No integration.

What arrives, and when?

The first report arrives within one week of receiving your SKU list, then every Monday by email. HTML to read and CSV for your own analysis.

What happens after the pilot?

Four weeks free, then 7,500 CZK per month. Cancel monthly, no notice period, and the reports you already received are yours.

But you rate discounts for shoppers, don't you?

Yes. The same methodology measures promo depth for you too. The numbers a shopper trusts are the numbers that hold up with your buyer.

Pilot

Start with your own SKUs.

Send us your brand and the next four weeks of reports cover your own SKUs, free. Stop whenever you like.

  • No card, no contract, no setup fee.
  • One list of SKUs to start. EANs help, names are enough.
  • First report within one week, in the same format as the sample above.

We use this to prepare your pilot. Nothing else.
